Mr. Cai joined JFLCO in 2025 and is actively involved in the acquisition, oversight and disposition of portfolio investments.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Cai began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst in Goldman Sachs’ Global Natural Resources Group.

A native of California, Mr. Cai graduated from Tufts University, where he earned a B.S. in quantitative economics with a minor in Chinese.
